A Moment in Time
Meg
Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend. We spent ours unpacking boxes, coloring Easter Eggs (our daughter's first time!)and enjoying a wonderful Easter service at our new church. We even cooked up an Easter feast for the three of us. As always, I missed extended family like crazy, but it was truly a wonderful day. God is faithfully bringing Spring, and new life into our lives. How can I not be thankful?
I've been told that second babies never quite have as many pictures taken to them. There's just less time to stretch around. With a toddler, and a cross-country move, I can already see that happening. This pregnancy is going so fast. It's hard to believe that we only have about 9 weeks until we meet our little guy. To document this special moment in time, I asked a friend of mine, Hope, to take a few pictures of me shortly before our move. We had such a great afternoon creating this vintage maternity shoot. I've always felt like a rather old-fashioned girl, so this was a perfect way to display my personality, and to celebrate my little guy in a unique way. I hope you all enjoy these photos*. And, when you get the chance, definitely check out Hope's website. God has blessed her with a truly marvelous gift!
